The same cabin with a sink inside
For vendors and small crews who need to wash up.
Ask for the standard toilet with an internal sink when people need to wash but there is no room or budget for a separate station. Water is carried in the unit, so you do not connect a hose. It adds a foot-pump basin, soap and paper towels.
Recent quote: a short business rental of one sink unit came to $292 plus tax, delivery and pickup included.
When to skip it: if more than about 100 people will use it in a day, the basin water runs low. A stand-alone station or a midday refill is the better plan.

Where a standard toilet earns its keep
Yard parties
Birthdays, graduations and carne asadas where you would rather not have 60 guests walking through the house. One unit for about 75 guests over four hours.
Short rentals →Builds and remodels
The workhorse for new homes on the East Side and in Horizon City. Federal rules call for one per 20 workers, cleaned weekly.
Job-site rentals →Ranches, lots and farms
Pecan orchards in the Lower Valley, horse properties in Canutillo, vacant lots under development. Light-use sites can ask for a longer cleaning gap.
Monthly rentals →Picking the spot
Give it a level patch about 4 ft by 4 ft with room in front for the door. Packed caliche and concrete are ideal; loose desert sand lets one corner sink. Keep it away from arroyos and low spots where monsoon water runs. Face the door away from the prevailing west wind if you can, which also keeps grit out of the cabin.

Standard toilet questions
How long does a standard toilet last before it needs cleaning?
Plan on roughly 200 uses per 60-gallon tank. A crew of 10 on a normal work week fits that with one weekly visit. A party where drinks are flowing fills it sooner, so we add a second unit rather than ask one cabin to do too much.
What width does my side gate need?
The cabin is 43.5″ wide and travels upright on a two-wheel dolly. Measure the narrowest point of the gate, including the latch and any post. About 48″ clear is the practical minimum. Many central El Paso homes have rock walls and narrow gates, so the driveway is often the easier spot.
What supplies come in the unit?
Two rolls of toilet paper, a urinal, a mirror and fresh deodorizer. There is no basin. For washing, add a wash station or rent the sink version.
Can I keep a standard toilet for several months?
Yes. Units that stay are billed every 28 days, cleaned weekly and renewed until you call for removal. Details are on the monthly rentals page.
Does it need to be staked down?
In an open lot during spring wind season, yes, or at least placed against a wall. Tell us when you book if the spot is exposed and we will secure it.
