Three parts of El Paso County
Upper Valley and Westside
Canutillo, Vinton, Westway and the Upper Valley: irrigated fields, horse properties, river-bottom soil and narrow canal bridges.
Lower Valley and Mission Trail
Ysleta, Socorro, San Elizario, Clint and Fabens: the old missions, farmland, dairies, and fast new subdivisions on former fields.
East mesa and Fort Bliss
The Far East side, Horizon City, Montana Vista and the base: open desert, strong spring wind, big builder tracts and gated federal sites.
Permits and regulations
Private property placements need no permit. Inside the City of El Paso, a unit on a street, sidewalk or in a park needs city approval; Socorro, Horizon City, San Elizario, Anthony, Clint and Vinton each handle their own. Unincorporated areas such as Canutillo, Fabens, Montana Vista and Tornillo fall to El Paso County. Fort Bliss sites need base access approval arranged by the contractor or unit.

Where we deliver
El Paso County questions
Can you deliver on Fort Bliss?
Yes, once the contractor or unit on post arranges access for our driver. Give us the contact and a few days’ notice so we can work around the gate process.
Do you cover Montana Vista and Butterfield?
Yes. Both are on our east-side route along Montana Avenue. Many lots there are unpaved, so mark a firm spot.
Do you serve Clint and Tornillo?
Yes. Clint rides with San Elizario and Tornillo rides with Fabens.
