Information we collect
When you send the quote form, we receive what you enter: delivery ZIP, the purpose of the rental, dates, preferred unit, approximate headcount, your name and phone number, an optional email, and any placement or access notes. The form also passes along the address of the page you sent it from. When you phone us, we write down the details you share so we can quote.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote and send it by phone, text or email.
- To schedule drop-off, cleaning and pickup, and to reach you about the rental.
- To keep normal business records such as invoices and service logs.
We do not sell your information or use it for anyone else’s advertising.
Form delivery
Quote requests reach our inbox through Web3Forms, which receives the form content only to forward it to us. This website never asks for card numbers.
Cookies, fonts, maps and stories
We do not set advertising cookies. Fonts are served from this website, not a third party. The map on the contact page loads from Google Maps only after you click it, and Google’s privacy policy then applies. Web stories load their player from the AMP Project.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and rental records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and record-keeping duties, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it, except records the law requires us to keep. Call (915) 293‑9190 or write to us through the contact page.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging rentals and is not aimed at children under 16.

If our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date above.
