Restroom trailer rental for weddings and events
A restroom trailer gives guests flush toilets, running water and air conditioning, about as close as you can get to an indoor bathroom on a lawn. The two-stall trailer fits smaller guest lists; the four-station Satellite Suites handles up to about 350 guests. The site needs a garden-hose connection and a 110-volt outlet.

Inside the trailers

Site check for a trailer
- Water: a working hose bib, and the distance from it to the spot.
- Power: a free 110-volt outlet, or a generator plan.
- Truck access: room to back in, no low branches, no tight turns.
- Ground: firm and level. Soft sand and fresh monsoon mud stop trucks.
- Timing: set the day before a Saturday event, removed Sunday or Monday.

Restroom trailer questions
What does a restroom trailer cost for a weekend event?
Trailers are priced as an event package, not by the hour. A recent two-stall quote was $2,500, delivered before a Saturday and collected Sunday or Monday. The trailer size, the site, distance and dates change the number.
What hookups does a restroom trailer need?
The two-stall trailer needs a garden-hose connection and a 110-volt outlet on a circuit the caterer is not using. No outlet? Tell us before booking so we can talk through options.
How many guests can one trailer handle?
Satellite rates its 6×14 four-station trailer at about 1,400 uses, with 200 gallons of clean water and 400 gallons of waste capacity. That covers roughly 350 guests at a long reception. The two-stall suits smaller weddings and VIP areas.
Can a wheelchair user get into the trailer?
No. The trailers in our photos have steps. Put an ADA-compliant unit beside the trailer on the same hard path.
Will the A/C keep up in July?
The air conditioning is sized for the trailer, but it works hardest in direct sun. Park it where the afternoon shade falls, keep doors closed between guests, and ask us to switch it on early on delivery day.
