Job-site toilet rules in Texas and New Mexico

Same federal table on both sides of the line.

Joseph Rental Works · (915) 293-9190

The count

1 toilet up to 20 workers. Then 1 seat and 1 urinal per 40. Per 50 from 200 workers.

Clean or it does not count

OSHA says an unsanitary toilet is not provided. Plan a weekly cleaning per 10 users.

Washing

Water, soap and single-use towels near the work. A two-person station does it.

Crews that move

Mobile crews with a truck ready to reach a nearby restroom are exempt. Everyone else needs units on site.
